We have her!! We have her!! She is absolutely beautiful. Our presentation was scheduled for 4:30 today. We arrived at about 4:05. We had to wait a little bit for some paper work to arrive and then we got to see her. They took the boys to see her first and then they were holding her when we got to see her. They are very, very proud big brothers. She is an absolute doll.
We gave her her first bottle from us at a little after six when we sat down for dinner. At first the bottle was at room temperature and she was not impressed. We had the kitchen warm it up a little bit and she gobbled down about 3 ounces.
The medical records all state that she is a perfectly healthy little girl. She does have acid reflux. We had a local pharmacy deliver two meds and some formula that she is on for it so we should be set for a few days.
Kaleb was the first to have her giggling and she seemed to have taken a liking to him pretty early. So far she is a very happy little baby. We will write more tomorrow and post more pics!
